I’ve failed at this a thousand times: Getting back on my treadmill

I just heard that the average weight gain for the “Quarantine period” is 12 pounds. The last few years for me have been horrible, I’m just going to admit to my massive failures. My original purpose for this page was to get back on track with my health. My husband has just been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and put on medication so we are done messing around.

I felt so much better when I walked every morning so I’m getting back on my treadmill – if you want to join the effort before Summer and get to walking and eating better here we go! It’s ok if you’ve failed you need a restart or ANOTHER restart! I’ve been failing at this my whole life so I’m starting with this series with my favorite iFit trainer, Stacie Clark in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I’ve done #1 workout and about to start on #2.

I’ll be updating this page with my journey on how we’re going to turn this around and fight and finally conquer depression, diabetes and obesity. Changes are coming!
